You can use a domain name you already own, or we'll help you choose and set up an available one — it's included with your plan. We take care of all the technical setup so you don't have to worry about it.
You can choose whatever you'd like before the @ symbol — you just need to use your domain name after it. For example: hello@yourbusiness.co.nz. We set it up to forward to an email account you already use, so it's seamless.
It's straightforward: get in touch → we confirm your requirements and give you a quote → you provide your content (text, photos, logo) → we build your site → feedback rounds → you approve → we publish and billing begins. Simple as that.

Plan changes aren't currently supported, but if you want to add features to your existing site, we can look at one-off services to add what you need — while keeping your monthly fee stable.
No contracts. Ever. We bill quarterly in advance, so if you cancel mid-period the prepaid amount isn't refunded — but there are no extra cancellation fees or penalties. You're in control.
Proper Mint owns the website configuration (the technical build), but you own any content you provide — your text, photos, logo and so on. If you choose to buy your website outright, we can discuss the transfer of ownership.
Yes — your site is set up to be discoverable and should be picked up by Google within a few days of going live. Where you rank in search results depends on Google's algorithm and your competition, but we make sure all the right foundations are in place.
